Pastor Will Grandberry is a dynamic leader, mentor, and advocate dedicated to bridging generations through inspiration, social justice, and community engagement. A native of Chicago’s West Side, his work spans youth development, nonprofit leadership, and global mentorship, impacting communities locally and internationally.

A first-generation college graduate, he earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Administration of Justice from Howard University, later returning to complete a Master of Divinity at Howard’s School of Divinity. His ministry journey includes eight years as Youth and Young Adult Director at Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC, under Bishop Alfred and Co-Pastor Susie Owens. He then served as Senior Director of Outreach and Community Development for three years at New Life Covenant Southeast under Pastor John F. Hannah, leading initiatives that strengthened communities.

In 2025, Pastor Will founded Revolution Revival Church in Alexandria, VA, a multicultural, multigenerational, multidimensional ministry focused on transformative change within the soul to provoke radical change in the earth. Through passionate preaching, intentional discipleship, and community outreach, Revolution Revival Church seeks to ignite faith, purpose, and justice in the lives of those it serves.

As the founder of WG3 Ministries, Pastor Will empowers communities beyond traditional church settings, addressing spiritual growth and critical social issues. His Wise Gentlemen Mentorship Program, Inc. supports African American boys aged 9 to 13, fostering integrity and leadership. His reach extends internationally, inspiring audiences in Canada, Ghana, South Africa, Ivory Coast, and Liberia.

In 2024, Pastor Will released his debut book, The Autopsy of Hope: Birthing Change in Crisis, a transformative exploration of resilience, faith, and renewal. Recognized for his leadership and contributions, his mission remains clear: to inspire, uplift, and empower the next generation to become agents of change in their communities and beyond.
